WHEN DID YOU START KITEBOARDING AND WHY?
My Dad started Kiteboarding. From watching him and the other locals and already being a keen surfer and snowboarder I couldn't wait to give it a go. For my 9th birthday I got a Naish trainer kite which I flew for about a year before getting on a board. Then Glenn from Assault Kiteboarding Centre set me up with a wicked starting package and I was away!

Competing in the 2008 NZ Freestyle Nationals 
 
 
GOALS AND AMBITIONS IN KITEBOARDING?
In the next year or two I'd really love to compete at an international level if I'm up to it. In 2006 Dad took me to Noumea to kite and watch the KPWT which encouraged me to push myself even harder and want to ride at that level.
