The Foil Drive Assist Slim is the smaller, lighter, performance orientated model, for the ultimate in performance hybrid electric assist foiling. Despite its small size, it offers the plenty of thrust to get you on foil easier and sooner however the smaller batteries do reduce the run time. The Assist Slim is perfect for advanced, high performance riders or wingers/downwinders that do not require lots of battery capacity.

The kit includes everything you need to turn your existing foil and board into an electric assisted foiling machine!

The Foil Drive Assist Slim is perfectly suited to those just looking for an extra boost to get on foil or to ride smaller boards and foils. The Assist Slim is not suitable for prolonged periods of motor assisted riding, it simply provides the boost to get up on foil and ride more. Advanced Surf and Downwind riders will love the low profile and weight but will need to be very disciplined on the throttle usage. Wing foilers simply do not need the run time usually and will also appreciate the low profile and weight.

FOIL DRIVE SLIM ENDURANCE BATTERY

The Foil Drive Slim Endurance Battery is the larger SLIM battery with 241Wh capacity. The Endurance Battery is great for those who are wanting to lengthen their runtime with the Assist Slim, however due to the lower voltage this battery does not provide the same level of thrust and overall ride experience as the Slim Performance Battery.

Slim Endurance Battery will be available early 2024.

The Slim Endurance Battery is the only Gen2 battery that runs on a 28V system, this means you must use the 28V Standard Charger 4A with this battery. 

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CHARGE THIS BATTERY WITH A 40V Charger!

As with all Gen2 Foil Drive batteries, the Slim Endurance Battery is certified IP68 rated for increased protection and peace of mind against water and dust. 

The single power plug contains larger connectors that provide power to the Foil Drive unit and smaller connectors for charging the battery. The included dust cap provides extra protection during storage & transport.

Only compatible with Foil Drive Assist Slim.

FOIL DRIVE SLIM PERFORMANCE BATTERY

The Foil Drive Slim Performance Battery is the smaller Slim battery with 166Wh capacity. The Performance Battery is great for those who are wanting a punchy, high performing, light-weight ride at the cost of runtime.

As with all Gen2 Foil Drive batteries, the Slim Performance Battery is certified IP68 rated for increased protection and peace of mind against water and dust.

The single power plug contains larger connectors that provide power to the Foil Drive unit and smaller connectors for charging the battery. The included dust cap provides extra protection during storage & transport.

Only compatible with Foil Drive Assist Slim. 

NOTE: DO NOT use the 40v Fast Charger 8amp with the Slim Performance battery. 

Only compatible with Foil Drive Slim.

As some brands have tapered masts, please note that pods are pre-designed to fit either at the upper or lower side of the masts. Tapered masts require a specific lower adaptor for E-Foil. If your mast is tapered, be sure to let us know which option you require.
