Built on a higher 43 Volt architecture with 860 Watt hours of capacity, it unlocks hour-plus to multi-hour sessions in a compact, hydrodynamic form.

The integrated one-piece molded design combines the battery and nose cone as a unified sealed unit, improving water flow, and durability, all while balancing weight directly over the foil’s center of lift.

An Intelligent Bluetooth Module (BMS) provides accurate battery data to the V3 Controller, giving clear percentage and status86 readouts. The Battery also connects to the Foil Drive App where you can name each battery, track it's health and view it's live battery State of Charge (SoC). Check the surf camera and your battery charge without lifting a finger! 

Internal thermal management keeps temperature stable and maintains consistent power through the full discharge curve, ensuring smooth thrust delivery from start to finish.

Charging and care are even simpler than ever before. The included Battery Caddy can not only protects your battery during transport but can discharge to recommended storage levels. Either use the systems inbuilt heat sync to discharge, or fast track the process by using the systems USB A and USB C Ports to charge a phone, laptop or your Foil Drive controller!

The Fusion 860 Battery requires 43V Charger (Provided with your Fusion System) to charge. Averaging 1.45-hour charge time with an industry first Storage Mode that allows you to limit charging to then store your batteries for long-term battery health. We recommend storing you battery between 30 and 60% State of Charge (SoC).

This high-capacity battery is designed for long sessions, reliable power delivery, and maximum system utility.
