CONSTRUCTION

• Construction is based around a high-density foam core, which is wrapped with 100% IM and High Modulus Carbon. 
• The main wings are shaped and refined for maximum stability and predictability at all speeds
• The foil sections have been carefully designed by one of the world’s foremost sport wing designers.

HS625 FRONT WING:

The HS 625 foil kit is fast and ultra smooth! It’s our smallest front wing in the range combined with the HS232 tail wing.

It has amazing speed and stability so you can carve with confidence at high speeds. If you are pushing your limits in the waves this is what you need for towing into bigger waves and swells. For Kite foiling it’s our highest performer, it’s not a race wing but it’s super fast, smooth with great response and overall performance.

The HS625 Wing is a perfect choice for:

HS850 FRONT WING:

That wing we have been waiting for! The arrival of the HS850 fills the gap between the HS625 and 1050 and will have you cranking and banking turns like a pro. 

Speed is everything with control, the new HS850 delivers both! Sleek and sexy lines let you know that this wing is sporty and refined at the same time. This relatively small wing has a huge range, it handles high speeds easily and has enough glide and lift to pump.  

This is a sick wing for solid surf, Kiting and wing foiling… The combination of its performance attributes give it range and that range makes it versatile. Developed with Kiwi powerhouse Bevan Gooch who is known for ripping in big surf, he reckons the only limitation of this wing is how far the rider dare push it!

Sweet handling and pitch control are signature features of that unique Armstrong feeling, the HS850 is another sublime addition to the HS range of wings.

The Armstrong Alloy System was designed to enable riders of all skill levels to chase endless experiences on the water. Its modularity, broad performance range and exceptional build quality empowers riders of all levels to progress without limits.
Modularity is core to the Alloy System design.

It’s fully compatible with all our front foils and stabilisers so as riders’ style evolves, so can their setup. Building on the knowledge and technology that led to our industry-leading carbon Performance Mast, the AA mast shape and structure are optimised from top to bottom for an excellent balance of efficiency and strength.

This approach to design and attention to detail is exemplified in the Alloy System’s specially machined mast top and Sail GP-inspired bottom bracket that are crafted from aerospace-grade aluminium alloys.

The system is outfitted exclusively with premium titanium and surgical stainless hardware for a light and highly corrosion resistant setup that’s durable over time. Industry-leading manufacturing tolerances make for a high performance, beautiful fit and finish overall.

DETAILS:

Hexagonal fuselage shape is inherently strong, stiff and modular for an easy front foil swap.
The mast section is 17.5mm thick; efficient through the water, yet strong to withstand the loads of
advanced riding. Aircraft-grade 6061 and 7075 alloys for excellent strength to weight ratio.
Titanium and stainless hardware save having to disassemble frequently so it’s easy to use and maintain with excellent corrosion resistance. Screws are custom-made M7 and M8 x 1.25.
