It stays stable and confidenceinspiring at speed while offering smooth, reliable lowend and stall behavior. Compared to the Nomad, the Halo sits at the opposite end of the surf, freestyle, tow, and downwind spectrum. It gives up a bit of lowend lift in exchange for significantly more topend speed, reduced drag, and a looser, more surfinspired feel through turns, whitewash, and freestyle maneuvers. Sizing runs roughly 15% larger than the Nomad for a similar lowend comparison. This lets the Halo use a thinner, faster section to unlock speed and glide while keeping the span compact for stiffness, aggressive turning, and dependable control at high speeds and in turbulent water.
