HOW THE FLUX V3 WILL TURBO CHARGE YOUR RIDING SPEED

1. ACCESSIBLE PERFORMANCE LEADS TO HIGH PERFORMANCE

The Flux V3 breaks every assumption about what a traditional Dacron airframe can do. It bridges the gap to our top-tier race wing, the Fusion V3, while retaining the toss-it-in-the-car toughness you need for daily sessions.

2. RE-ENGINEERED AIRFOIL = MORE DRIVE & ZERO FRONT-STALLING

We refined the centre profile to deliver consistent, reassuring front-hand pressure. This keeps the wing driving forward at high speeds and eliminates ‘front stalling’ during critical tacks and gybes.

3. THINNER PROFILE, BROADER WIND RANGE

With stability locked in, we dramatically thinned the wing’s profile—especially towards the tips.

• Low-End Power: Broader drive makes pumping up onto foil effortless in light air.
• High-End Control: Reduced drag lets you hold on comfortably as the wind increases, meaning you can ride one wing size across a massive wind range.

The Flux V3’s speed and stability also means it’s a powerful weapon for sending it big, with excellent lift on the glide down.

HIGHLY RESPONSIVE CARBON BOOM SYSTEM

The most significant evolution is the move to a rigid, high-grade carbon boom.

• Zero-Movement Connection: A rock-solid, stitched-in base plate replaces the slot handle system, eliminating span-wise and chord-wise movement for instant feedback. When you move the boom, the wing reacts instantly
• Ergonomic Grip: A new textured EVA grip provides maximum traction
• Integrated Protection: A moulded EVA bumper is built into the boom to protect your board as well as allowing for a natural and safe “pistol grip” position 
• Streamlined Strut: The boom’s structural integrity allowed us to strip away extra handle reinforcements, resulting in a lighter, more aerodynamic strut 
• Consistent connection: On the longer boom lengths we use a higher grade carbon, guaranteeing you enjoy the same stiff, high performance control, whether you’re riding the 3m or the biggest the 5.7 metre wing.

HYBRID CANOPY CONSTRUCTION

Strategic paneling ensures your wing maintains its factory-fresh shape season after season:

• Teijin 5×5 Ripstop: Covers the main canopy to maximize overall structural strength and prevent diagonal stretch.
• Teijin 3×3 Ripstop: Positioned along high-load front panels to fine-tune flex and load distribution.

ADDED FEATURES

• Anti-Flap Batten Pockets: (6 on larger sizes / 4 on smaller) Virtually eliminate trailing-edge flutter for quieter, smoother flight.
• Stiff Leading-Edge Handle: Ergonomically shaped for total control when flagging out on a wave or swell.
• High-Visibility Windows: Optimized placement for a clear view downwind to spot hazards and other riders easily.

HANDLING NOTES: FLUX V3 vs FLOW V2

The longer planform of the Flux V3 allows for greater flying speeds and more top end control.

The Flow V2 is generally easier to ride with more low end grunt. The swept tips are easier for less experienced riders to keep out of the water and also allow for a more playful feeling wing. The Flow V2 is also the more wave focussed of the two wings.

The Flux V3 is more of a lock and load style ride, a real speed machine, for those wanting to ride fast foils with loads of power.

The Flux has always represented the pinnacle of single-canopy performance in the Ozone range, and the V3 raises the bar. Our goal was simple: deliver maximum speed, acceleration, and wind range without the high-performance price tag. We poured insights from our ultra-fast Fusion double-surface design directly into a rugged Dacron airframe. The result is a high-speed wing that doesn’t compromise on durability or everyday usability. If you love a sporty, direct-feeling wing, the Flux V3 is built for you.

RIDER PERSPECTIVE

The constant front hand pull provides real comfort at speed so you can push harder. The wing stays in a safe position where it’s easy to maintain control, while the lift at the front is also fantastic for tacks. Naturally gliding overhead it’s happy to rest there, giving you plenty of time to grab the boom on the other side. This wing is for anyone who wants to go fast and improve the fluidity in their manoeuvres. Intermediate accessibility with epic top end performance. You’ll love it!
