LESSON INTRODUCTION & STRUCTURE
All SUP sessions are 60 minutes duration. We provide all equipment; boards, paddle, flotation vest. Also a wetsuit at no extra cost.
Sessions available 7 days per week. Pending bookings and weather/tide/season permitting.

WATER INSTRUCTION
- Prone paddling.

- Falling technique.
- Stand up paddling.
- Paddle grip, stroke, change technique.
- Basic turn.
- Back paddle turn
